After eome delay regarding the aubmittal of <br /> information, the Planning Department was able on September 18, 1990 to <br /> approve the pro�ect for plan review. On October 17, 1990, you were <br /> notified that the permite were ready and could be Lsaued as soon as <br /> the Public 5lorks review aection was supplied the additional <br /> documentation requeated. At thia time, the ravised drawinga have not <br /> bean aubmitted. <br /> According to the Uniform Building Code, building permite are valid for <br /> 180 days from tha time they are ready. If the permite are not <br /> purchased end work begun in that time frame, the permite become null <br /> and void. Due to the complex nature of such a large pro�ect, a fair <br /> amount of leeway regarding the expiretion of these building permita <br /> was given. Howevar, we cannot continue to hold theee permita <br /> indefinitely for reaolution of the Public Worka issuea and purchase of <br /> the permite. <br /> The file will be open for anothar eix weeka.
