Basin A consists of 1.90 acres and Basin B consists of 2.97 acres. Storm water <br /> runoff from Basin A is overland to the northeast, exiting the site over the north property line and <br /> discharging to an existing ditch located elong the south side of State Route 526. Storm water <br /> Irunott'from Basin B is overland to the east, discharging to an existing wetland located otf-site <br /> adjacent to the east property line. Upon development, rooftop runoff from Building 4 and some <br /> ' pervious area will be discharged to the e�cisting wetland in an attempt to duplicate existing <br /> wetland hydrology during the 2-yead24-hour design stortn. Developed rvnoff from the rooftops <br /> of Buildings 1-3 end 5-8 and pervious landscape ereas will be discherged directly to the <br /> I downstream conveyence systems located along SR 526 and Casino Road. Developed runoff from <br /> paved areas subject to vehicular use will be conveyed northerly to a water qualiry facility. The <br /> water quality facility consists of a wetpond containing a wetland treatment cell and an open water <br /> I cell.
