Grant easements for sewer and water. <br /> 3. Provide to the City construction cost estimates on City forms for civil <br /> engineering work. <br /> 4. Payment of the remaining building permit fees. <br /> 5. Obtain approved wetpond planting schedule. <br /> 6.
