As you are aware, this project has been very difficult due to the many <br /> surrounding complications. <br /> As you are also aware, we were scheduled to begin construction last summer and had begun <br /> clearing in anticipation of finali7ation of the low income apartment funding. Unfortunately, <br /> due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, one piece of the reyuired non-profit <br /> participation of our loan fell out just two days before scheduled closing thus preventing us <br /> from continuing on. <br /> At this time, we have been pursuing conventional financing as reapplying for the low <br /> income housing financing would take another nine to twelve months.
