Thorpe and Asaociates, Inc. , and convereationa with Mr . Loeber . It ia our underetanding that eight , 2 to 3 etory apartment buildinga are anticipated to be built on the property. In addition, 9 garaqea, a recreation buildinq with a pool, and eporte court are also planned. The buildinga will conaiat of conventional, wood-frame conatruction xith elab-on-grade floore. 91te gradinq plana and building finieh floor elevatione were not available at the time thie report was prepared. The eubject proporty was eituated at the northeast corner of llth Drive Weat and Weet Casino Road in Everett , Waehington . The topography of the aite coneiated of a very gentle, easterly dipping � slope acrosa the weetern one-half of the parcel . The remaining portion of the property wae relatively level with a amall, 9 foot � high riae on the central portion of the aite. ' i i An old concrete foundation and atepe were preeent on the aouth- ! cenrral portion of the property. Garbage and debria was obeerved � scattered in varloue locatione acrose the aite. A shallow trench wae preaent along the northern property line and acroae the northeaetern corner. At the time of our field work, etanding water uae observed on the northeaetern corner and intermittent saturated ground conditione uere proeent acroes the eite. The property was bordered to the north by State Route 526, to the northweat by an exiating apartment complex, to the west by lith Drive Weet, to the aouth by West Caeino Road, and to the eaet by an unvegetated, cleared parcel. Topographically, the eubject property uas ei[uated on a relatively level, regional hlghland. Veqetation on the northeaetern corner of the site coneieted of graseee r+ith acattered brush. The remaining portion of the parcel contained deciduoue trees with underbrueh and acattered evergreen trees. 3.0 3UBSURFACE EXPLORATION our fie.ld etudy included excavating a seriea of 12 exploration pite aith a rubber tire mounted backhoe to gain subsurface information ' about the aite.
