(0) CB 1510-45 — 1st Reading -Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the levying of the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2016, amending Ordinance No. 3453-15 (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 11-10-15) (1) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Service Agreement with Benefit Coordinators Corporation (BCC/SISCO) and Pay Plus Benefits, Inc. to provide recordkeeping, reporting and audit support services required by the Affordable Care Act.
