Section 6605 requires providers of self-insured group health plans to report <br /> employee and dependent coverage information to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and to furnish <br /> statements to employees. <br /> SISCO, doing business as Benefit Coordinators Corporation(BCC), our existing Eligibility and Billing <br /> vendor, provides ACA Works -Affordable Care Act/IRS Recordkeeping and Reporting Services software. <br /> Additional services include IRS examination and audit representation to ensure compliance. The initial <br /> agreement is for one year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> 'Authorize the Mayor to sign the Service Agreement with Benefit Coordinators Corporation(BCC/SISCO) <br /> and Pay Plus Benefits, Inc. to provide recordkeeping, reporting, and audit support services required by the <br /> Affordable Care Act. <br /> 1 <br />
