16. Washington State Open Government Laws. This Agreement will require approval by the City <br /> Council in an open public meeting. This Agreement in its entirety may be posted for public viewing on the <br /> City's website. Vendor acknowledges that City is subject to the Washington Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 <br /> RCW and other Washington statutes related to open government (collectively, the"Open Government Laws"). <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement,the City has no liability whatsoever to the Vendor <br /> for the disclosure of any document or record when that disclosure is consistent with the Open Government <br /> Laws or with an order applying the Open Government Laws entered by the Snohomish County Superior Court <br /> or a Washington appellate court.
