RESOLUTION NO . ;/, % <br /> A RESOLUTION adopting the "P-50" <br /> Traffic Study as a guide for <br /> making annual traffic safety <br /> improvements including preparation <br /> of the TIP . <br /> WHEREAS , WSDOT has provided $15 , 000 to conduct a traffic <br /> deficiencies study to be used as a guide for planning annual <br /> traffic maintenance and improvements ; and <br /> WHEREAS , CH2M was selected from 8 consultants submitting <br /> proposals to perform the analysis and prepare the report meeting <br /> the December 31 , 1980 completion date ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the completed final draft includes safety , <br /> capacity, and equipment analysis with a recommended guide for <br /> improvements to be made through 1985 ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> CITY COUNCIL that the "P-50" Traffic Study is approved for use <br /> as a guide in making street signal , sign , marking , and related <br /> traffic control improvements through 1985 . <br /> K1 7/71/2 (' <br /> Councilperson Intro cing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this 17th day of December, 1980. <br /> r „' ,0,,,,, ,,,2,,,_ <br /> Council President <br />
