RESOLUTION NO. /? 7' <br /> A RESOLUTION setting forth the fee schedule for <br /> Hall Rentals at Floral Hall, Legion Hall, W.E. Hall, <br /> and Silver Lake Hall. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is the legislative body of the City of Everett with the <br /> power, authority, and duty to set general policies of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is sound fiscal policy to set certain fees for the rental of Halls for <br /> Maintenance and Operation expenditures; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that specific fees are necessary and appropriate <br /> to defer a portion of the funds expended for the operation and Maintenance of the <br /> four community halls within the Everett Parks and Recreation system; and <br /> WHEREAS; the City Council finds that the fee schedule hereinbelow specified is <br /> compatible with the fees charged for similar facilities in the Everett area; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the fee schedule for Hall Rentals in the Everett Parks and <br /> Recreation system be as follows: <br /> HALL Resident Non-Resident <br /> Legion Hall $ 75.00 $ 100.00 <br /> Floral Hall $ 75.00 $ 100.00 <br /> W.E. Hall $ 75.00 $ 100.00 <br /> Silver Hall $ 75.00 $ 100.00 <br /> Damage Deposit $50.00/$100.00 (liquor) <br /> 1. Rates be for the first four hours, and $10.00 for each additional hour. <br /> 2.
