1 RESOLUTION NO. /J66 <br /> 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign an Agreement with the <br /> 3 Snohomish County Economic Development Council. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has contracted with the Snohomish County <br /> 6 <br /> Economic Development Council (hereinafter "EDC") for services such as surveys of <br /> 7 <br /> industrial growth, listings of available industrial sites and other appropriate economic <br /> 8 <br /> statistical information; and <br /> 9 <br /> WHEREAS, the data provided by EDC has been valuable to the City in planning <br /> 10 <br /> its delivery of services particularly with regard to transportation, sewer and water <br /> 11 <br /> facilities; <br /> 12 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 13 <br /> OF EVERETT that Mayor William E.
