RESOLUTION /777 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett wishes to lease a portable building for <br /> temporary use by the Public Works Department, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to have a building that could be purchased for <br /> possible future use as a permanent building at a different site for other city uses, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the building must meet UBC construction codes and have a seal <br /> of approval granted by the state as in compliance with the UBC, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has required a specially reinforced portable building <br /> that has capability of repeated assembly-disassembly, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mobile Modules Northwest Inc. is the only manufacturer- <br /> leasing agent who can meet our specifications and are located in the Puget Sound <br /> Area, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, the City Staff is hereby authorized to enter into a <br /> lease/purchase agreement with Mobile Modules Northwest Inc. for a temporary <br /> office building for Public Works Department for $925 a month plus $1400 delivery <br /> and set up charges. 4Counc' man Introd cing Resolution <br /> i." <br /> Attest: <br /> � ----)/ - <br /> / . <br /> ' -_ / __,141 , <br /> Preident <br /> i/ <br /> .N.f'.e/4- / 9 b o <br /> Date <br />
