f ' RESOLUTION NO. / '7 7 5 PROPOSED VACATION of a portion of Upper Ridge Road lying within the Plat of Beverly Acreage Tracts and the Southwest One-Quarter of the Southeast One-Quarter of Section 1, Township 28, North Range 4, E.W.M., described as: That portion of Upper Ridge Road as it now exists lying North of the easterly extension of the North line of lot 54, Beverly Acreage Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 50, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way margin of Glenwood Avenue. WHEREAS, the City of Everett does hereby declare that all that portion of Upper Ridge Road lying within the Plat of Beverly Acreage Tracts, and the Southwest One-Quarter of the Southeast One-Quarter of Section 1, Township 28, North, Range 4, E.W.M. described as: That portion of Upper Ridge Road as it now exists lying North of the easterly extension of the North line of lot 54, Beverly Acreage Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 50, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way margin of Glenwood Avenue. appears to be a surplus to the foreseeable needs of the City of Everett; and, WHEREAS, the City of Everett desires to vacate all the above described streets and alleys; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL that pursuant to R.C.W. Chapter 35.79, the City Council of the City of Everett intends to hold a vacation hearing on the above described property: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hearing on said Resolution of Intention 7r4. /4c be held on the 23rd day of , 1980, at 8:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington.
