- . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. / 7 w l/ <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> contract with Northwest Multi-Service Council, Sleepy <br /> Hollow Child Care & Development Program <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> ascertained that assisting the Northwest Multi-Service Council Sleepy <br /> Hollow Child Care & Development Program to provide transportation <br /> for the children involved is a proper function of the City of Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> for this program from the 1980 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract <br /> with the Northwest Multi-Service Council Sleepy Hollow Child Care & <br /> Development Program for the purpose above stated, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Budget & Finance Director be <br /> authorized to make payment from invoices for expenses incurred for the <br /> above purpose between April 1, 1980 and June 30, 1981, not to exceed <br /> $2, 600. 00, from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> 1 / / j / <br /> Councilman introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this / 7.4-1x./day of March, 1980. <br /> 0e• . <br /> • SaJEM } <br /> P : sident <br />
