Gf� ?03 - ,3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. t; 7 i <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> contract with Everett Area Chapter, Washington Assn. <br /> for Children with Learning Disabilities <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> ascertained that assisting the Everett Area Chapter, Washington Association <br /> for Children with Learning Disabilities to inform the public, educators, and <br /> professionals about the needs of these children so they can be helped <br /> is a proper function of the City of Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> for this program from the 1980 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with <br /> the Everett Area Chapter, Washington Association for Children with Learning <br /> Disabilities for the purpose above stated, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Budget & Finance Director be authorized <br /> to make payment from invoices for expenses incurred for the above purpose, <br /> between April 1, 1980 and June 30,, 1981, not to exceed $2, 400. 00, from the <br /> Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> jkof fccal <br /> Councilman introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this day of March, 1980. <br /> 410 <br /> Coun i 'resid t <br />
