• RESOLUTION NO. / 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing the 20th Avenue W. Extension <br /> (Seaway Blvd. ) speed limit at 35 MPH between 75th Street <br /> and the Northern terminus. <br /> WHEREAS, the 20th Avenue W. Extension (Seaway Blvd. ) is a transition <br /> roadway between the semi-limited access 20th Avenue W. (40 MPH speed <br /> limit) and the conceptual neighborhood collector arterials and commercial <br /> access points such as John Fluke; and <br /> WHEREAS, the roadway designed for this transition at 35 MPH for <br /> traffic traveling between neighborhoods on one end and the 20th Avenue W. <br /> roadway on the other; and <br /> WHEREAS, the roadway has several turns and grades where a Traffic <br /> Engineering ball-bank study shows the need for curve warning signs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the TAC has recommended a 35 MPH limit; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE 20TH AVENUE EXTENSION <br /> (SEAWAY BLVD.)
