A. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. / '7 470 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the replacement of the Library parking <br /> lot meters with a two hour signed restiction for the 18 spaces <br /> leased from the Elks. <br /> WHEREAS, the Library Board has reviewed the Library parking lot meter <br /> issue, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Library Board recommends replacing the meters with a <br /> signed restriction similar to the rest of Everett's CBD; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee concurs with <br /> the Library Board; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to replace the Library parking lot meters <br /> with a two hour time limit and install regulato y traffic parking sign <br /> ou'ci m.
