ACTION ITEMS: (10) Adopt Resolution No. declaring vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing sale by public auction. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreements for Banking Services with U.S. Bank for banking services. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Service Agreement with Benefit Coordinators Corporation (BCC/SISCO) and Pay Plus Benefits, Inc. to provide recordkeeping, reporting and audit support services required by the Affordable Care Act. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Public Access Agreement and associated documents with the Port of Everett regarding public access at the Riverside Business Park, in substantially the form provided. (14) Adopt Resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2016 Grant Funding. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program Project Agreement with the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for the Kasch Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Funding Approval for Agreement No. 2016-171 A (1) with Trane, for a detailed Investment Grade Audit and Energy Services Proposal Phase 1 in the amount of$33,051.00. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the City's Integrated Transit Technology System with Strategic Mapping Inc. in the amount of$13,800.00.
