The project is for soccer fields#2 and#3 (soccer field#1 was replaced in 2012). The <br /> documents are being prepared under a Professional Services Agreement with D.A. Hogan and Associates. <br /> This action authorizes the call for construction bids for the project. The project includes turf removal, <br /> underlying field drainage improvements, synthetic underlayment, synthetic turf replacement, ADA access, <br /> and related field improvements (e.g. netting). <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize a Call for Bids for the Kasch Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project. <br /> 21 <br />
