The Committee met on October <br /> 14, 2015, to review the priorities for 2016. <br /> The Mayor has proposed an additional $1 per capita in Human Needs funding for 2016 to provide services to <br /> respond to needs identified by the Everett Community Streets Initiative. The Human Needs Committee <br /> proposes priorities as specified in the attached resolution, including those for the additional funding if <br /> approved. <br /> The criteria by which grant applications will be reviewed are also included in the resolution. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt a resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2016 Grant funding. <br /> 51 <br />
