(6) CB 1510-43 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Improvement Project entitled "Everett Municipal Court/ Police Headquarters Relocation Project" Fund 342, Program 014, as established by Ordinance No. 3114-09. (7) CB 1510-44 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction fund entitled "Everett Municipal Court" Fund 342, Program 016, as established by Ordinance No. 3181-10, and amended by Ordinance No. 3233-11. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Community Youth Center/ Hadley Hall Use Agreement with the City of Arlington at no cost to the City of Everett. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement Number 3 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement No. PW 3395 with TranTech Engineering, LLC, for the Broadway Bridge Replacement Project extending the date of completion at no additional cost to the City. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Road and Pit Use Permit/ Facility and Property Protection Agreement (Permit No. 15-0002) with Snohomish County PUD #1. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum promulgating the City of Everett Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Sponsored Research Agreement No. UTA15-001169 between the University of Texas and the City of Everett to determine the best future fleet options in an amount not to exceed $19,521.00.
