TranTech Engineering, LLC,was selected through a qualification based selection process. The project is approaching completion but the consultant agreement will likely expire before the post- construction activities are complete. This agreement extends the Agreement completion date to December 31, 2016 with no changes to scope of work and no changes to maximum amount payable. The funding for this agreement is: Federal Grant—STPD 2715(009) $1,969,974 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement Number 3 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement No. PW 3395 with TranTech Engineering, LLC, for the Broadway Bridge Replacement Project extending the date of completion at no additional cost to the City. 37
