August 23, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — SEAWAY BOULEVARD VACATION <br /> President Tuohy opened a public hearing concerning the approval of the <br /> vacation of a portion of Seaway Boulevard lying south of 75th Street SW, <br /> which directs staff to prepare an ordinance subject to the conditions as <br /> contained in the staff report. <br /> Mike Palacios, Real Property, presented details relating to the proposed <br /> vacation, noting that Action Number 17 is also associated with the Seaway <br /> Boulevard project.
