(4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,979,723.82 for the period ending June 10, 2017. (5) Authorize the closure of Colby Avenue, Alverson Avenue, Grand Avenue between Hewitt Avenue and Legion Park, on July 4, 2017 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for a 1 mile, 5K and 10K run, for the 18th Annual Yankee Doodle Dash sponsored by the YMCA of Snohomish County.
