- ® . <br /> i7 . <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> ��FJ' TT <br /> A Resolution declaring one 2000 John Deere 710D Backhoe/Loader and <br /> one 2007 Dodge Sprinter Van as surplus and authorizing their sale at a <br /> public auction. <br /> Whereas,the City has one 2000 John Deere 710D Backhoe/Loader(H0024) <br /> and one 2007 Dodge Sprinter van(V0205)in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to <br /> the City; and <br /> 'Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplusing or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance <br /> 2963-06 a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the <br /> City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing <br /> the above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The 2000 John Deere 710D Backhoe/Loader(H0024) <br /> and 2007 Dodge Sprinter van(V0205) are no longer of value or <br /> use to the City; and <br /> 2.
