Amendment No. 2 modifies the agreement to include design and construction assistance services for the recommended upgrades to the pump station and the replacement of the existing chlorine building. Additionally, the amendment includes a contract time extension that is necessary for completion of this work. This amendment will cost the City an additional $930,512 RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering Inc. for the Final Effluent North Pump Station and Chlorination Building pre-design study and extend the contract to March 31, 2019 for an additionaa1930,512.
