This bridge is <br /> part of both the City Shoreline Public Access Plan and the 1989 Everett Harborfront Public Access Plan adopted <br /> by the City and the Port of Everett. The construction portion of this project will be partially funded with Federal <br /> grant funds and a public access contribution from the Port of Everett. <br /> The budget for the project is$5,340,000 and the source of funds are: <br /> Federal Grant $2,000,000 <br /> Port of Everett 300,000 <br /> Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation 1,970,000 <br /> Fund 154—CIP 3 1,070,000 <br /> Total funds $5,340,000 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled, "Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian <br /> Bridge,"Fund 303,Program 103,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 3413-14. <br />
