3 <br /> •444:C46 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled, "Hawthorne Elementary Safe Routes to School" <br /> Fund 303,Program 097, as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 3316-13 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Hawthorne Elementary Safe Routes to <br /> School" Fund 303, Program 097, was established to provide for identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Hawthorne Elementary Safe Routes to School" <br /> Fund 303, Program 097, as established by Ordinance No. 3316-13,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Hawthorne Elementary Safe Routes to School" <br /> Fund 303, Program 097, are as follows: <br /> A.
