Title 5 of the Everett Municipal Code contains the City's Special Business <br /> Licenses and Regulations. Most were adopted more than 40 years ago in 1974. <br /> Many are obsolete and have been unused for many years, sometimes decades. In <br /> particular,the following chapters of Title 5 are no longer needed: <br /> Chapter Topie <br /> Chapter 5.08 EMC Amusements and Amusement Places <br /> Chapter 5.12 EMC Coin Operated Amusement Devices <br /> Chapter 5.16 EMC Pool,Billiards, and Bowling <br /> Chapter 5.28 EMC Auctioneers <br /> Chapter 5.40 EMC Bulk Sales <br /> Chapter 5.52 EMC Bill Posting and Advertising <br /> Chapter 5.56 EMC Paint Spraying <br /> Chapter 5.60 EMC Sound Trucks <br /> Chapter 5.64 EMC U-Drive Vehicles <br /> Chapter 5.80 EMC Fire-Fighting Equipment- Servicing <br /> Chapter 5.104 EMC Go-Cart Tracks <br /> Chapter 5.108 EMC Bingo, Raffles, Pull Tabs and Punch Boards <br /> B.
