The Interlocal <br /> further provides that, beginning in 2019,the agency costs will be allocated based on the actual number of <br /> transactions processed through Filelocal for each city. <br /> The proposed Amendment extends the original cost allocation method for participating cities for an <br /> additional three years -through 2021, after which time agency costs will be allocated based on the actual <br /> number of transactions processed through Filelocal. The extension is necessary to allow additional time for <br /> each city's taxpayer adoption rate to meet the Interlocal's original targets. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Washington Multi-City Business License and Tax <br /> P*ortal,Agency Interlocal Agreement By and Between Bellevue, Everett, Seattle and Tacoma. <br /> 1 <br />
