The <br /> anticipated start of construction is April 2016. The documents being submitted are as follows: <br /> Public Works Permit Submittal Documents <br /> 1. A completed Public Works Permit Application <br /> The proposed site work includes grading; storm drainage; partial replacement of the <br /> substation security fence; replacement of an 18-24 inch high concrete beam retaining wall <br /> with a segmental concrete block retaining wall (<4 ft height); and cast-in-place concrete <br /> foundations and tertiary containment basin for electrical equipment (battery containers). <br /> No additional parking, landscaping or right-of-way improvements are required nor <br /> proposed. No net new effective impervious surface will be created by the subject project. <br /> Traffic control and or movement of oversized loads are not anticipated for the proposed site <br /> work. <br /> 2.
