Total Project Cost: Total Project cost estimated to be$980,000. <br /> 1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING <br /> A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the Bid Time on the Bid Date at the Office of the <br /> City Clerk at the location given below. Bids will not be received thereafter. <br /> 1. Bid Date: August 8,2017. <br /> 1 2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m.,local time. <br /> 3. Location: Office of the City Clerk, 2930 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> B. All bids must be submitted on upon the forms provided by Owner for this purpose. <br /> C. At the Bid Time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Office of the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or <br /> informalities. <br /> E. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the Bid Time, except as otherwise provided in <br /> Document 00 21 13 - Instructions To Bidders. <br /> F. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the <br /> City. <br /> G.
