PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS (7) CB 1708-36 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2017 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3544-17. (3rd and final reading on 8-30-17). (8) CB 1708-37 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Special Business Licenses and Regulations and repealing Ordinance in Accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance (3rd and final reading on 8-30-17) CONSENT ITEMS: (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,211,647.35 for the period of July 29, 2017 through August 5, 2017 through August 11, 2017. (10) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,053,592.24 for the period ending August 5, 2017. PUBLIC HEARING: (11) Approve the vacation of a portion of Seaway Boulevard lying south of 75th Street SW, and direct staff to prepare an ordinance subject to the conditions as contained in the attached staff report. ACTION ITEMS: (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Washington Multi-City Business License and Tax Portal Agency Interlocal Agreement By and Between Bellevue, Everett, Seattle and Tacoma. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with WebQA for GovQA Public Records Request Management Software to satisfy changes in State law, in the amount of $6,400.00. (14) Authorize the purchase of 100 notebooks and 90 vehicle docks with adapter/chargers for Police from Washington State Contract #08313 in the amount of $376,490.40, including Washington State sales tax.
