November 4, 2015 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — INTEGRATED TRANSIT TECHNOLOGY <br /> SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the <br /> City's Integrated Transit Technology System with Strategic Mapping <br /> Inc. in the amount of$13,800.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore, Roberts, and Tuohy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — 2016 BUDGET <br /> Council President Bader opened the second public hearing regarding the <br /> 2016 Budget. <br /> Council Member Murphy, Chair of the Budget and Finance Subcommittee, <br /> started the budget discussion with a question regarding an increase in <br /> health benefit fixed costs. <br /> Susy Haugen, Finance, provided a summary of factors that have impacted <br /> health plan costs. <br /> Council Member Murphy invited public comment. There was no response. <br /> Council Member Murphy continued the public hearing to the <br /> November 10, 2015, City Council meeting. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> The City Council meeting recessed for an executive session at 7:25 p.m., <br /> reconvened and adjourned at 7:49 p.m. <br /> 365 <br />
