November 10, 2015 <br /> PROMULGATION MEMORANDUM — COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum <br /> promulgating the City of Everett Comprehensive Emergency <br /> Management Plan. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Bader and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT— THE BEST FUTURE FLEET OPTIONS FOR THE <br /> EVERETT TRANSIT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign Sponsored Research <br /> Agreement No. UTA15-001169 between the University of Texas and <br /> the City of Everett to determine the best future fleet options for <br /> Everett Transit in an amount not to exceed $19,521.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Bader and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — 2016 BUDGET <br /> Vice President Murphy opened a third public hearing regarding the 2016 <br /> Budget. <br /> Vice President Murphy invited public comment. There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to close the public hearing. <br /> 374 <br />
