Section I: Organization <br /> Everett Transit is a municipally owned and operated transit system. <br /> Department: Transportation Services <br /> Divisions: Transit and Motor Vehicles <br /> Transit Sections: Administration, Transportation Services, Finance, Everett Station <br /> The Mayor is the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Everett. The Transportation Services <br /> Director is part of the Mayor's senior management team. <br /> The Transportation Services section encompasses daily operations and support functions to <br /> daily operations. It also includes other services to external customers such as the <br /> administration of the state-mandated Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) program. <br /> The Everett Municipal Code gives the Mayor the authority to modify service and adjust <br /> schedules.
