By selecting the DLR Group,Public <br /> Works will be able to expedite the study and reduce costs due to previous space planning efforts by the DLR <br /> Group. The due diligence study includes,two space planning options,phasing of occupancy to accommodate <br /> existing tenants, cost estimates for tenant improvements,evaluations and recommendations for the existing <br /> building envelope and building systems, and cost estimates for recommended building improvements. The <br /> study shall be completed by 90 days form the Mayor's signature to allow the City time to review the <br /> information prior to the end date of the purchase and sales agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with the DLR Group for the Public Works <br /> Rucker Building Study in the amount of$69,760. <br /> 75 <br />
