el/4%,:gta <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3468-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "41st Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor <br /> Improvements"' Fund 303, Program 091, and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 3241-11 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and received approval for the utilization <br /> of Federal and State funds to design and construct corridor improvements from 41St Steet to <br /> West Marine View Drive; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 091, entitled "41st <br /> Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements" to accumulate all costs for the <br /> project and repealing Ordinance No. 3241-11. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 091, for all expenses of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, <br /> to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$4,485,264 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 091, "41st Street to West <br /> Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $ 759,764 <br /> Construction 3,725,500 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 4,485,264 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br />
