01P-o0/ /z---A1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7165 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of street aprons along the west <br /> side of West Marine View Drive adjacent and south of 12th Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of the <br /> West Marine View Drive right of way lying adjacent and south of 12t Street, as generally <br /> depicted on the attached, Exhibit B Site Plan, have petitioned for the vacation of said right of <br /> way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for October 18, 2017,at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right- ,f-way as herein described. <br /> -warp <1 <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September, 2017. <br /> Counci President <br />
