CRITERION NO.—ALL <br /> That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan. <br /> FINDS Policies in the Comprehensive General Plan <br /> state that existing legal nonconforming non- <br /> residential structures and uses that are <br /> economically viable should be allowed to con- <br /> tinue to operate, be improved and renovated. <br /> The granting of this variance will not ad- <br /> versely affect the Comprehensive General Plan. <br /> ?Iow: <br /> NON, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett <br /> - 3s hereby order that the variance be GRANTED as requested with <br /> t.ie following conditions: <br /> I . The site must be developed in a manner consistent with the <br /> site plan presented at the public hearing with two addi- <br /> tional parking spaces to be constructed on the site by June <br /> 1 , 1989. <br /> 2. A change to any other use than the Children's Attic, a re- <br /> tail store for second hand children's clothing will require <br /> review by the Planning Department to determine if an Expan- <br /> sion or Continuation of Nonconforming Use Permit is <br /> required. <br /> The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance <br /> shall be final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days <br /> from the date of issuance and signing of this order by the <br /> Chairman of the Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a <br /> writ of certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for <br /> Snonomish County for the purpose of review of the action taken. <br /> DATED this 10th day of March, 1989. <br /> 71- <br /> Everett Miller, Chairman <br /> Notes to Applicant: <br /> 1 . If a building permit is not obtained within one year from the <br /> above date, the Board's decision shall cease to be effective. <br /> Prior to the expiration date, a written request for a <br /> six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning Direc- <br /> tor. <br /> 2 A copy of this order must be submitted by the Applicant when <br /> applying for building permits.
