The site must be developed in a manner consistent with the site plan presented at the public hearing with two addi- tional parking spaces to be constructed on the site by June 1 , 1989. 2. A change to any other use than the Children's Attic, a re- tail store for second hand children's clothing will require review by the Planning Department to determine if an Expan- sion or Continuation of Nonconforming Use Permit is required. The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for Snonomish County for the purpose of review of the action taken.
