Portions of the roof over the garage of the building are deteriorated when viewed from
the city sidewalk. These conditions are code violations.
Additionally,
We have received an application for permit to inspect an "existing 0 clearance gas stove". Gas piping installations
require a pressure test be conducted. If you require this inspection arrangements for this test will be necessary.
Please note that his permit has not yet been issued due to concerns related to the "limited access restrictions imposed"
for inspections of this building.
Please make arrangements for suitable access to the building for inspections.
This notice is not meant as a complete list of deficiencies within the building.
It has been identified however that corrections to the electrical system and other repairs will be necessary to bring the
structure into compliance.
Regards
Ted Budden
Chief Inspector
Everett Building Department
425.257 7271
1
