Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Show skirting on plan view. <br /> 3. Provide ventilation calculations. Include size and location of all required foundation <br /> ventilation. Show on plans. <br /> 4. Provide minimum 18"x 24"crawl space access. Show location on plans. <br /> 5. Provide sections and/or details for perimeter and intermediate supports per lateral <br /> design. <br /> 6. Provide minimum 18"clearance below floor joists and minimum 12"clearance under <br /> girders.
