Based on the legal description the current <br /> rear lot line is 2-feet less, equaling 77.49 feet wide. (I am curious to know where you <br /> received information that the rear property line is 73.49 feet wide.) <br /> • Tax parcel number is incorrect. The correct tax parcel number is 00391500002900 <br /> • Address is incorrect. The correct address is 10820 1St Drive SE <br /> • Include setbacks from all lot lines. <br /> • Site plan does not show all existing buildings. Include detached shed in rear yard with <br /> dimensions, distance from property lines, and distance from main dwelling. <br /> • Update lot coverage to include square footage of all building's footprints. <br /> • Utilities are not labeled in the correct locations. <br /> • Show all building dimensions. <br /> • Show dimensions and material of existing and any proposed driveway. <br /> • Update impervious surface if needed. <br /> • Distances and dimensions of building and setbacks when added together do not equal <br /> length and width of property.
