Ted Budden <br /> To: Huynh, Quang <br /> Subject: RE: SHED STORAGE <br /> Hello Sir, <br /> I have looked into your concern about the "shed" that has been constructed adjacent to your property. <br /> The structure is exempt from building permits because it is less than 200 sq ft in size for which the building code allows <br /> without the usual permit requirements . <br /> The structures location is another matter. <br /> The shed is encroaching into the required side and rear setbacks and is in violation of the city of Everett zoning codes. <br /> For this reason I have posted a placard on the building declaring that the structure is unlawful. <br /> The department responsible for the enforcement of this violation is the Planning Department.
