ORDINANCE NO. 2937-062 > <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund <br /> entitled "Council Chambers Improvement Project" Fund 342, <br /> Program 009, as established by Ordinance No. 2755-04. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Council Chambers Improvement Project", Fund 342, Program 009 was <br /> established to provide for the design and construction of alterations to the existing <br /> Council Chambers located at 3002 Wetmore and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the special construction fund, Fund 342, Program 009, "Council <br /> Chambers Improvement Project" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for "Council Chambers Improvement <br /> Project" are as follows: <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Comcast Construction Costs $274,943 <br /> City Construction Costs $139,297 <br /> City Operating Transfer Out $ 7,303 <br /> TOTAL $421,543 <br /> REVENUES <br /> Comcast Revenues $274,943 <br /> CIP4 Revenues $146,600 <br /> TOTAL $421,543 <br />
