The use is identified in both County tax and City permit records as commercial use, multi-family.
2. The buildings and parking lot designs were originally permitted in 1990.
3. Additional parking was added, without building permits, to include a new apartment building to the
north.
4. Construction without permits has occurred to modify the parking lot spaces and striping.
5. Accessible parking spaces were relocated and reduced.
6. A complaint about the lack of accessible parking was received on June 14, 2013.
7. A field review was done by a City of Everett Traffic Technician on June 28, 2013.
8. A notification letter was sent to the owner's representative on July 8, 2013, stating that a building
permit is required prior to construction to provide accessible parking per current code.
9. Revisions or additions to the permit submittal may be required by other departments (Public Works,
Utilities, Planning and Fire).
10. Please start the enforcement action on this property so that a clear deadline can be established for the
completion of the scope of work under the complaint record W1307-001.
11.
