The participating agencies form the Snohomish <br /> County Regional Training Group, with the Everett Police Department serving as the coordinator and <br /> financial custodian for the group. This Amendment No. 1 adds the Stillaguamish Tribe as a party to the <br /> agreement effective as of the date of final signature. All terms and conditions under the original interlocal <br /> agreement remain in effect. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Government Agreement regarding In- <br /> Service Training Sessions to add the Stillaguamish Tribe as a party to the Agreement at no cost to the City. <br /> j �, <br />
