The participating agencies form the Snohomish <br /> County Regional Training Group, with the Everett Police Department serving as the coordinator and <br /> financial custodian for the group. This Amendment No. 1 adds the Stillaguamish Tribe as a party to the <br /> agreement effective as of the date of final signature.
