EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Assist with network architecture assessments,design and deployment. <br /> Network Planning and Design: The network planning phase will initiate the project,solidifying the project frame <br /> work and strategic direction.This will include needs analysis and requirements gathering,confirming the current"as- <br /> is"environment capabilities,limitations,stakeholders,resources and vendors.Additionally,it will serve to identify <br /> the to-be environment and preliminary work breakdown necessary to acquire accurate information,specifications, <br /> partnerships,authorizations,and procurement of necessary products,services,and interagency data sharing. <br /> Activities may include but are not limited to: <br /> • Information gathering—Including work with City of Everett IT and equipment vendor for design and <br /> configuration <br /> • Network design and documentation—including Network drawing <br /> • Configuration&testing the communication between Master and Remote <br /> • Trouble shooting any problems(One SIM card with FW for remote trouble shooting) <br /> Implementation&Documentation <br /> Provide project management oversight for the implementation.An incremental approach will ensure that solutions <br /> implemented are reliable and stable. Detailed documentation of the deployment information,such as IP,device, <br /> location information. <br /> Activities may include but are not limited to: <br /> • Network Documentation—AU sites: 1P address/site name/device serial number/IMEI/MTN/Subnet <br /> • Database creation and update will greatly reduce the time in the future for repair/trouble shooting/RMA and <br /> asset management <br /> • Work with FW production to load correct template for all modems with latest firmware <br /> • Shipping handling including labeling all shipping boxes and devices for easy identification <br /> • Knowledge transfer including template deployment,report gathering,monitoring the device,how to use <br /> portal,administration of the device portal <br /> • Trouble shooting if any problem <br /> • Project Sign off on acceptance <br /> Page 12 <br /> (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office January 7,2010,updated November 21,2016) <br />
