• • <br /> • <br /> H. Utility trailers or unmounted campertops located in any front <br /> yard except in the driveway or vacant lot; <br /> I . Majority of vegetation (does not include vegetation located in <br /> flowerbeds, trees or shrubbery) located in any front yard, side <br /> yard or rear yard exceeds twelve (12) inches in height whenever a <br /> residential structure has been vacated for a period of thirty <br /> (30) days or whenever a residential structure for which the City <br /> has issued a Notice and Order per the Uniform Housing Code or the <br /> Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and the <br /> residential structure is vacated at the time of issuance of said <br /> Notice and Order or is vacated pursuant to the issuance of said <br /> Notice and Order. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> No person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or having charge or <br /> possession of any property in the City, including vacant lots, shall <br /> maintain or allow to be maintained on such property except as may be <br /> allowed by any other City ordinance any of the following conditions <br /> visible from any public street, alley or other public or private <br /> property: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials, <br /> or other similar materials in any front yard, side yard, rear <br /> yard or vacant lot; <br /> B. Attractive nuisances dangerous to children, including but not <br /> limited to abandoned, broken or neglected equipment, machinery, <br /> refrigerators and freezers, excavations, wells or shafts in any <br /> front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> C. Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment and <br /> furnishings in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> D. Shopping carts in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant <br /> lot of any property zoned residential by the City of Everett; <br /> E. Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees, or <br /> vegetation or any vegetation (not including vegetation located in <br /> flower beds) taller than 42 inches high or grass taller than 12 <br /> inches in height in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or <br /> vacant lot; <br /> F. Graffiti on the exterior of any building, fence or other <br /> structure in any front yard, side yard or rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> 2 <br />
