It is further found and declared that the lease of <br /> portions of the Property to existing tenants under existing leases <br /> is incidental to the overall public purpose of acquiring the <br /> building for the existing and future office space needs of the City <br /> and that the City plans to utilize such space as it is freed from <br /> such existing leases. <br /> Section 2 . Approval of Documents. The Ground Lease (herein <br /> called the "Lease") between the City and Seafirst Bank ("Lessor") , <br /> and the Trust Agreement between Seattle-Northwest Securities <br /> Corporation and Seafirst Bank, as Trustee, which documents are <br /> attached to this resolution and incorporated by this reference, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to do everything necessary for the performance of the Lease and to <br /> execute the Lease and the Trust Agreement with such modifications, <br /> additions and completions of provisions as the City Attorney should <br /> approve. <br /> Section 3 . Financing Plan.
